We cant scale up our selves because we have one body. The limit of what one can achieve is by our singular body and our brain We must learn to;
1. Plan our day
2. Allocate more time to the stuff that matters: ie that contribute to your wealth creation
3. Avoid distraction
4. Delegate outsource low value added activities;
5. Use AI

Henry said we are given 24 hours a day. But why is he more successful than most of us. It is how you
spend the 24 hours.

Many staff complain of being overwhelmed when given additional assignments and or fail to achieve their full potential. An important concept here is how to be a NO LIMIT PERSON, BEING AN EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE (Peter Drucker) and MULTI TASKING

He says that people do not actually devote time that they think deserve their most attention.
The impression is incorrect. Better log where your time actually goes. They go to the petty
and unimportant.
Make it a habit to log what you do during the day and see the match up between your priority
and the time that goes into it.
For example, you find out that in sales call, you spend 10 to 20 minutes with the prospect. One hour too two hours is spent on waiting - talking to the secretary and fellow sales person
3. Multi tasking
Yes we need focus, But we can do tasks requiring different levels of importance. There are
things you can do yourself, Others can be delegated or outsourced.
If you are a manager, messengerial work can be delegated to driver or utility man.
You can spend a lot more time with:
1. Solving a customer problem
2. Hiring and training a good employee
3. Writing a better system to hasten the pace
B. On having an organizer/planner
You may opt for a PDA or the current Android calendar
It is best to a hard copy organizer or planner. They are easier to access. Writing also is the
start of etching your goal in your mind
In a study by Cambridge on what makes a successful alumni, it was found out that hving
a school does not count much. What counts
Of the 5% of their graduates. they had plans
Of the 5% 10% became wildly successful because they wrote down the goals
Writng down the goals signify a sense of seriousness and dedication to the objective. Writing is the start of all achievement. The schools were right in training to write it down
A good organizer contains: telephone number, project management status, daily log:
What was planned? Done not done. This gives you a chance to evaluate your degree of success.
