SUBJECT;   CUSTOMER SERVICE REMINDERS -  upgrading customer experience

Background:   

    1.  A business is an entity that creates customer.   We defend our customer base
         and acquire more via WOM (word of mouth) through superior customer service
         experience

   2.  In the business model diagram/chart/ customer link and bond is via customer service

   3.  We built our business in the past 40 years via customer service.

   4.   Branding is all about the premise in the ads and actual experience of the customer
         with the product or service.  No amount of ads can recover lost customer trust

   5.  This seems to be getting lost because of 

        1.  Really skeletal force (one man show)
        2.  Deteritoriting sales performance

Objective:s

     1.  Revive CS
     2.  Generate more sales
     3.  Rebuild Holy Gardens brand which has been lost due to:   less than perfect
         Google and fb posting and lack of cs at SBUs
