I'm the one creating the work schedule for HAMP atm. I will incorporate in the work order and acc report.

For brushcutting and lawn care/maintenance I put lawn area vs sqm - I do not have data on size per lawn area. I will request for this for future reports.

Ang HAMP must copy and benchmark the Work Order format of LU.   My KRA (objectives) -  sales  for the CSS, collection for the CA

KPI -   Key Performance Indicators -   intermediate steps towards KRA

          To reach sales you need ff:    KPI  (related to KRA - sales and collection, inventory)

                  1.  Posting at FB -  obits at interment (or FB ads)  who how many

                  2.  Text blast -  quotes (how many)

                  3  Answering DM at Messenger (how many)

                  4.  Excellent interaction with customer (CS at the office)   hm

                  5.  Posting of death and birthdate anniversary (how many who_)

                  6.  Work on 2026 marketing plan

                  7.  Interment announcement, ty tarps

        For collection:  (KPI)

               1.  Collating and adding up and classifying ledgers:    current and arrears (has not moved for the 30 days plus) 

               2  Ageing:    which are 30 days, 60, 90   180 days    1 year

               3.  Texting calling for those just days beyond 30.

               4.  Collection letters for those  who are 45 days and beyond

               5.  Forfeiture -  notarial cancellation for those who are  60 days in arrears

               6.   Effectivity of reversal of lots to our inventory

         Are these being posted

         GT   KPI

             1.  Areas swep  (square meters)

             2.  Trash disposed

             3.  Compost pit

             4.  Area watered

             5.  Plants planted at nursery

             6.  Grass planted at nursery

             7.  Tools made for cleaning

             8.  TPM lubrication of machines (tractor, brush cutter etc) how many, hm spent

          Most of tasks posted are generic  lack clarity  and not relevant
