Process: HR: retaining and rewarding

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement

What is more important in recruitmnent and retaining staff:    skills/talent or personal traits
Competence or character?

Experts say it is personal rather than skills and/or talents which HR at its initial stage of hiring spends so much time on.   So BI, exams that tend to bring out the character of the person;   honesty, obedience COUNT MOST:   Its 85% personality, 15% competence

Thus we hear that employees resign  leave, because of
      1.  Influence by mother bf or husband;
      2.  Difficulties in the family
      3   Personal challenges on the job
      4.  Its not because of inability to do the job, but because of fear or lack of confidence to do
           the job.  The perception, self esteem is low.

Thus counelling and being present (being aware of the status of psyche of the staff) count.   Or paying attention to this stuff.
