Leadership Power

Many people are afraid to lead or manage.  Because of the "power" of the masses.  But the leader leads, and the manager manages They have the authority  to be ahead of the masses and govern and its not the other way around.  So there is whats called the management perogative.  And you cant be called a manager unless, in a legal way, the person can hire or fire.  

Who what matters?   The one hired or fired  Both  The one fired sets the example of what not to do.  Its a reverse thinking in action

It  is within the power of the manager to:

1.  Select who joins the team;
 2.  Decide the placement, job description, area assignment of the hire
 3.  Thus he can rotate discipline, decide who gets the OT, decide on leave schedule
 4.   There are tools:

        1.  CCD   
        2.   Handbook
        3.   WS
        4.  Recognition
        5.  Performance evaluation
        6.   Incentive
        7.  Performance and financial audit

Thus some managers practice power play and flaunting authority to the max.  Whos the BOSS.
And no boss should fear his subordinates.   Nor fear a union.  There are laws to be respected and obeyed.  

 Both within and outside the organization


Why back down.  We are Gods apostle, ambassador in this world to spread his grace and Word.    We are not weaklings.   God gave you us God like appearance power -  power to create and destroy evil  (being salt of the earth).  What else do we need?
