Action regarding PNL and sales

We have agreed and action must be undertaken

1. Anu ano:

    1.  Comment ng sbu regarding Jan - Feb PNL

    2.   Anu ano gagawin para tumaas PNL

2.  Consolidated summary ng PNL na nadiscuss:

      SBU           Sales       52%      Cogs                OP   ex      Net GP        Jan    Feb   Total

3.  Re Sales   16 - 21.   Ano nangyari

     The increase of sales (Sales -  Cost  = GP) has most impact on PNL

     1.  Lets record their commitment and have them submit in writing;

     2.  Lets put on their WO especially CA and CSS KRA for sales

          and we will grade them accordingly  (or collateral action)

          If really nothing really works, we have to reduce expenses and the 

          non performers job will have to go.
