    1   There is an incentive of P500.00 for 100% ATTENDANCE AND 
         ARRIVAL ON OR BEFORE 7:30
    2.  It is a good training for self discipline and self improvement
    3.  Most successful persons start their day early

The agenda for am talk should be:

     1.   Accomplishment for the previous day  (group and individual)
     2.  Restatement of KRA (goal for the day)   

          SALES
          COLLECTION

    3.   Reminder, restatement of work order for the day
    4.  Learning tidbit for the day:   from the handbook, admin plan, sales training
    5.  LIght calisthenics  (max of fifteen minutes)   you can even do zumba with
         music

       On saturday, you opt to:

      1.  Hike
      2,  Volleyball
      3.  Badminton
      4.  Pingpong

      and even plan for intramurals or athletic meet in a region 

         We should invest time in our health to avoid frequent absences due to 
         hbp, dizziness, general fatigue
