Process: AI commentaries, suggestions on Daily Workers cut off

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement

I'd like to provide some clarifications regarding payroll processes and payment schedules.

2. **Rationale for Cut-offs:** Cut-offs are a standard practice due to the complexities involved in computing hours, as well as company and government deductions. This is why it is a widely adopted method.

3. **Feasibility of Same-Day Payments:** It is not feasible to process and pay salaries on the exact day an earning cycle ends. This is due to the time required for:

4. **Current Cut-off Practice:** For monthly payrolls, we currently implement a cut-off five days after the due date. For example, payments due on the 15th are processed by the 20th.

5. **Options for Morong Daily Garden Technicians (GTs):**
We have a few options to consider for the daily payroll of Morong GTs:
* **Option 1: Pay without a cut-off.** This would mean that payroll processing would extend until 6-7 PM every pay day

  * **Option 2: Implement a Thursday cut-off.** This would reduce the 6-day cycle by two days of data storage, which might lead to objections.

*  **Option 3: Implement a Friday cut-off.** This would only exclude Saturday from the payroll cycle.
*   **Option 4: Pay on Monday.** This option would not involve any withheld payments from the previous week.

Please let me know if you have any questions or require further discussion on these points.
