Re: Resignation Letter Rosana Sevilla

Follow up.  Nabasa na ba?   Magiging guidance ba natin sa future disciplinary excessive absences staff?

My comments:

1.  I am saddened

2.  The subject has not learned anything from the orientation (she failed to submit how to apply the said policies in her job as part fo the exam -  this includes Sharifa)

   1.  How to make the correct memo or resignation:  its supposed to be through her direct report, Sharifa to MRSS

3.  The correct procedure for resignation is 30 days; the practice of immediate resignation has to be stopped:

.33  Abandonment of work  -  leaving ones work assignment for more 7              Class D
days without notification (resignation, leave of absence)  or without proper
         turn over.

   4.  In observance of the procedure;   we have.  Doing so is defiance and insubordination and as such the sudden departure shall be dealt as an offense -
          abandonment

   5.  Absence of decency and character

          1.  We took sometime to hire her:   tests and interview.   We talked to her before she joined us, and the sukli is sudden departure without a conversation.
               lacks courage and decency

         2.  It really shocks us to have a sudden departure and disrupts our operation

        3.  We treated her with respect and called her out verbally for her above normal rate of absences.  However after a CCD, she went again on absences
and had to warn the office of such a 4th occurrence of 3 absences in a  15 day period   (nakadalawa na agad)

 6.  From CCD -   rules violated

.1     Frequently absenting from work without justifiable reason, is so frequent, and has become habitual;  3 days absence for every 15 days is considered one offense.  Texting the company when being absent does not remove the unjustifiable ness of  the of the unexcused absence.    Class B

7  More than 5 tardiness within the month     -                                                                  Class B

Her absences in 2025 numbered more than 30. and she should have been dismissed.  We were generous and kind due to shortness of staff.

    3.  We could have been notified of the change of status or her physical condition ahead of time.  She did not get pregnant last Saturday and had risky
         pregnancy by Sunday

Discipline, character, integrity being part of the team and community must prevail

8. Our applicants and staff should treat the company with respect and care and GRATITUDE, being their provider in the changing fortunes of time and not the way its is as a:    1.  ATM for 15th and 30th,     2.  where they can parkk awaiting other employment      3.   as a nursery  -  to feed for the young and provide support
if they did not get married normally
