SUBJECT: COMPILATION AND SUMMARY OF PAST MEMOS ON ATTENDANCE
Objectives:
1. To follow Principle No. 2
2. To get roi from high salaries being implement
Background:

2. Maraming reports of attendance irregularity which includes lack of office
decorum and insubordination
1. Early bird award
Employees are encouraged to come on or before 7:30 for following reasons:
1. For am talk which includes: leaning new things and light calisthenics
2. To plan and prepare for early interment;
3. To have an early start
Perfect attendance and perfect on or before 7:30 entitles rewards the employees P500.00 additional pay without deduction (de minimis)
2. Tardiness:
8:00 to 8:15 tardy but no deduction
8:15 to 8:300 tardy but with deduction from 8:00 am
8:31 absent for the whole day
No half day in the morning; only in the pm;. Half day in the morning is absent
Only whole day or half day attendance (no fractions)
3. Dual reporting
Reporting are from DTR and SG logbook. DTR is basis for the payroll, SG
logbook is for control purposes to check if staff are 100% honest and trustworthy.
4. 1.11 which pertains to honesty in filing DTR punishes dishonesty bY DISMISSAL
5. Employees on JO being made to be daily workers. They are not used ot our
system: uniform attendance id and we cant hope to integrate them. They waste time
and precious PHP being paid.
PLEASE REVERT TO JO SYSTEM, IE JOB AS NEEDED. (O Not regular daily employment..And to be treated as suppliers not office staff
