2. Whereas the Vendor has demonstrated and shown the unit to the Prospective Vendee the above mentioned unit and the prospective vendee is interested to acquire the unit;
For and in consideration of the above the parties have entered into this agreement
1. Reservation of P50,000 to rserve the unit for theirity days which is REFUNDABLE
2. For a period of 30 days the unit shall not be reserved nor sold to other parties
The prospective vendee shall arrange for the approval of his own financiang
to pay the balance
3. Should the prospective vendee fail to get his financing approved, the reservation shall be returned in full to the prospective vendee. without a need for demand via check or BANK transfer
THE VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGES THE RECEIPT OF THE P50,000 reservation AMOUNT
