Chinese admonishes everyone to love the place of work: store, factory farm. That is a necessity because poverty, or lack of food income stares into every ones eyes every one.
The idea of loving the earth and environment stems from this idea. The river the sea, the lake which are source of fish, drinking water, the channels of transport have to be loved and protected. The place of work is thus respected: no immoral activities, gambling and even horseplays. It is where we get our source of income
How many subscribe this? How come there are saboteurs in work place, anti, people who are nega in the work place. Or even quarrel there?
Our CCD makes sure that this is observed and that proper decorum is observed in our places of work. We wonder if these are observed:
2.18 Committing acts of immorality and indecency in company premises during company time - Class C
2.23 Passing office sales to relatives or other 3rd party agents - . Thus recruiting Class D
wives or husbands, sisters, or someone close parents as is prohibited
and is an offense too when discovered) or allowing such to happen with agressive
sales agents and directors
2.24 Bringing in intoxicating liquor, guns, bladed weapons, or gambling
paraphernalia to office premises, project sites during working hours - Class D
3.6 Using company funds for payment of operational expenses;
without written approval not observing the imprest system - Class C
4.3 Disregarding signs in the premises that warn vs possible hazards

5.3 Gossiping and spreading news without documentary evidences by Class D
oral means that may be malicious via social media vs fellow employees,
officers customers resulting in intrigues and power play commotion alarm
and demoralization in the company
