         of input:  manpower, money, machinery and methods for its upkeep,  Sup;ervises, coordinates                 such input across the sbus

    4  Qualifications:

       1.  Academic college education, preferably with technical background as EE, ME or architecture

       2.  Experience at least 3 years in such activity or job

       3.  EQ mature, does not crack under pressure,  has leadership quality, being a man for others.
