Loading an excavator in our mini DT without ramps

We should be preparing for this event -  interment at HMMG using HAMP equipment for savings.  We fabricate vaults at HMMG, use their vault hauler and lid placer, but use the excavator and truck for the soil dumping operations.  We transport the lowering device from Morong

If feasible, the lowering device the vault and the lowering device can be transported in one trip thus saving more on gas.  

Loading the excavator without ramp:

1.   Put the stick down at the back of the truck until the track reach the edge of truck end.

      Pull back the right stick to pull the excavator up the DT

2.   Rotate the body and let the boom face back ward.

3.   Push the body of the excavator  backward using the boom;  push the left stick backward.

4.   Let the truck run and climb the DT.

We can use earth mounds or earth too.   

      1.  Put the excavator on top of the mound that would be equal to the height of the dt.  

      2.  Run the excavator forward to the dt.

      3.  Fold the boom and retract the dozer blade

      4.  Lock the rear gate.  Secure with belts or chain.  Use the come along or the shackle to tighten

To unload build a mound to at the delivery site

N.B.  ALWAYS WEAR THE OSHA PROTECTIVE GEAR:     1.   Shoes, 2.  Helmet,   3.  Hi Vis.
