Hello Sir Jorge,
Regarding the new policy on "at-need" sales, I would like to clarify a specific scenario: if a customer is accompanied by an agent during their first visit or appearance, is the agent entitled to a commission in that instance?
Thank you for the clarification.
Best regards,
CCS

It has been reported that there are agents in a sbu. that occur from nowhere and the agent did not appear. This is disallowed. The customer will buy anyway with or without agent because he needs it. If we were to sell only at need, we will not have enough volume to sustain us.2. Do we give com for agents for IF?
