How to build a high volume vacuum leaf collector using a rider type Lawn Mower

The rider type costs P200,000 to P300,000 from US and even China.  The key difficult part to build would be the transistion from the mower to the pipes (about 6")  that can be built from hard plastic, fiberglass, and or GI sheet that can be shaped by a Latero.  Can we source the 6" flexible hoses locally.   In US they are available at DIY shops
