Be careful of the used heavy equipment market abroad or locally.

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement

A    The Subic/P.....i boys

This post read from post of certain Mr. Phua (a Filipino Chinese regarding ) the used HE/excavator market in China and elsewhere

1.  That the market is not run by ethical or  upright people
2.  That dishonest people generally advance in their business;
3.   That your travails as a buyer start when you make reservation; they can change price, ask for deals on
      on accessories, shipping etc. and sooner or later you give up your reservation
4.   Warranties?   One month or 3 months -  they dont exist;   Generally traders shift and change what they say.
5.   That the independent evaluators are generally not independent  and they lie about their findings

Our experience with the Pakistani dealer, a large one at that is not that isolated therefore and to be expected

    1  The equipment looked  fresh and we paid P200,000 premium but the moment we got  the P50,000 reservation:

         1.  The agent wanted to sell his breaker at P70,000 where in fact some are available at P50,000
         2.  Whereas we were fixing the  financing, the  supplier wanted a an additional 25% dp
         3   The unit we got a major hydraulic malfunction on the 3rd hour of use.
         4.  Our documents are not delivered up to now;   almost 2 mos have passed.

Whats the matter with these traders?   Is DTI not amiss with its job?

They keep on saying that they are reliable and good but their units cost P200,000   Mas mura sa Lubao.  Kinukulit ako pero sayang ang P200,000 at mukhang lumang2 units nila
