This post planned an orientation for an sbu in Northern Luzon.  We had difficulties talking to the staff to give feedback on the memo and then later on the assignment of speakers, and later on answering the exams (a self exam)

Difficulties arise from lack of
2.  Threefold duties:   obedience, loyalty and diligence
3.  Listening -  hear with your ears and listen with your hearts.

Listening is the active process of paying attention to and consciously interpreting sounds and messages, both verbal and non-verbal, to understand their meaning. Unlike hearing, which is a passive physical process, listening requires concentration and involves receiving, interpreting, and responding to information. It is a crucial communication skill that helps build relationships, resolve conflicts, and gain understanding.

We wish the people we have can change for the better by having these basic things first in themselves
