Commissions for at Need

Subject:   GIVING COMMISSIONS FOR AT NEED SALES

Objectives:

     1  To encourage pre need sales from agents  and to customer

     2. To save on ME costs

Reality:

1.  It has been reported that there are agents in a sbu. that occur from nowhere  for at need customers and the agent did not appear.  This is disallowed.   The customer will buy anyway with or without agent because he needs it. If we were to sell only at need, we will not have enough volume to sustain  us.

2.  Do we give com for agents for IF?   Does the church give com for Catholic burial

WHAT :NO COMS FOR AT NEED:  if lots bc

BE PROPERLY  GUIDED.

THOSE WHO ALLOWED OR PERPETRATED THIS shall be censured, chastened and disciplined?
