Non observance of hiring procedures with regards to newest recruit

Memorandum

Subject:   Observance  of hiring procedure

Attention:     Ms.  Sharifa
                     Ms   Dumlao

Objectives

    1.  To make everyone professional
    2   To observe processes, and make every one productive
    3.  To avoid wastage of time and loss of wages

Reality:   

    1.  Ms. Labong has been on boarded.  This post sent a memo to her
         that is to be hired on December 9, three days after her orientation
         was completed

    2  However no one followed up and completed her hiring requirements ie
        a typed job offer or employment contract; what was sent to her was an 
        endorsementAccounting MRSS has not made nor included her in the  payroll because no such             communication has been made




      After the hiring sheet is approved by the SMD, the applicant is given the Job Offer containing;



     2.  Compensation


Duly signed by the SMD or any other senior officer

        Who is responsible:    Panga or Hamp?

   3.  She was not sent a copy of her job description as mentioned in this site

2.  This post has all ready talked to Ms. Sharifa and today, no action has been received (because thye are busy with the party

3.  ATING ITAMA UMAKSYON.   In the meantime, Ms. Labong because of this lack of concern, knowledge, attention has yet to receive her salary and 13th month.   

WHO WILL TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY?  May  natutunan ba oldies at newbies sa orientation?
