Reality:
1. Ms. Labong has been on boarded. This post sent a memo to her
that is to be hired on December 9, three days after her orientation
was completed
2 However no one followed up and completed her hiring requirements ie
a typed job offer or employment contract; what was sent to her was an
endorsement. Accounting MRSS has not made nor included her in the payroll because no such communication has been made
After the hiring sheet is approved by the SMD, the applicant is given the Job Offer containing;

Duly signed by the SMD or any other senior officer
