Spirituality means God being in us. Spiritu. Spirituality means seeing God around us.
Spirituality means doing your tasks and job for the service of all for the greater glory of God (Ad Majorem Dei Gloria.
There are certain spiritual exercises being practiced, as by the Jesuits Ever wondered how come they are spread all the over the world and have managed to exist for the last 400 years. What organization corporation has endured that long. 4 centuries of existence and struggled.
They have managed this by the practice of spiritual exercise
For example let us imagine that our goal is "Saving a Soul"
3 times a day, we ask ourselves these question
1 Early am: What am I planning to save for soul"
2. Noon. What am I currently doing to save a soul
3. Afternoon - What have I done to save a soul.
Thus we make specific mission statement on how to best utilize our knowledge in the service of God.
Most of the outcome of this reflection is to educate children in the ways of the Lord. Hence the Jesuits built the most number of school around the world: like Georgetown, Fordham and more.
If we do the same, then we will be guided properly bottoms up, (not top down) what is the best way to be in the service of others.

Magpapasalamat sa Dios sa buhay na ipinagkaloob niya sa akin sa araw-araw. Sa pagtulog at paggising ko sa umaga nawa'y lahat ng mga ipinapanalangin ko kanyang diringgin at taos puso kung iniaalay ang aking buhay na mag serbesyo ng tapat at mapagpahal sa Dios at sa kapwa.

Salamat Dios sa bagong araw at bagong buhay na binigay mo sa akin sa araw na ito. Salamat sa mga biyayang aking natatanggap. Salamat sa aking pamilya at kompanyang pinagtatrabahuhan na siyang pinagkukunan ko ng lakas sa lahat ng oras. Humihingi ako ng patawad sa aking mga kasalanan at ano man ang iyong pinaplano sa aking buhay nawa'y ipadala mo ang iyong espirito para sa kabutihan ko at ng lahat.
