Re: Some notes on a la Johnny handler project at HGMP

The suzuki carry all can be had for P614K chassis only but not 4 x 4.   Either we transplant the engine to the old 4x4, or the 4x4 to the brand new unit, or
overhaul the engine at the 4x4  old Ruso

Prevention is the key to solution to our cash management problem; DONT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS

To    :Hamp

cc:   Accounting Mam Madel

Date:     Setptember 26, 2026

Many of the difficulties in our cash management would have been nil had HAMP strictly complied with non cash policy, ie customers will only  pay at the office with check
All CASH TRANSACTION will be with bank to bank transactions

We could not pay many of our AP because our available funds could not be accounted for, the bulk being cash deposits.   We are in danger of incurring ire of customers, and agents
or being cash starved or AT WORST BANKRUPT...

Under the out of the box thinking to solve a problem you have to eliminate the process entirely to solve it.  To collect dont collect.    The Cash assistant may focus simply on record keeping
 and check and payment monitoring

1  Please post at prominent places with the QR code of our account at Hamp

"Only check transaction shall be accepted at this office

SUBJECT;   THE BUDGET AND CV OF HAMP FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK ENDED SEPTEMBER 20 2026

This concerns the budget and CV for the previous week ended  September 20 2026 And it was pending till September 23, 2026

Background

       1.  On September 19, 2026, JUS went to Hamp to facilitate such budget and have it completed and signed by that date.  However, the cash assistant was not available being
absent.   It was suggested that she be contacted  however she did not respond and we have to leave it that.
        2.  Somebody prepared the checks and cv, and somebody took it from the office last Sunday, the party did not sign anything unknown
       3.  Up to September 23, 2026, it could not be located.
       4.  IN th evening of Sept 23, 2026 the docs appeared   however, it was found out and communicated to Hamp
                 1.  The deposit slips were not matched with the dates and from this post they did not appear to be equal to amounts indicated on the budget

      5. Other guidance to be learned observed strictly

          1.  The numbers are reality they ae not just numbers as indicated by PBBM;   we cant issue a check against an account that is unfunded.  Thus we have to be clear now
with regards to CV Check issuances, it being made clear by Ms. Camiille that the treasury numbers and the CRB (the OR nu mbering abstract) do not match

          2.  Thus we had to insist clarity and Mam Elvie noted that of the 264K allegedly to have been received, only 202K were actually received indicating a shortage of P262 K
THus Sheena was enjoined, as she said she had cash on hand of about P200K which had to be deposited tomorrow to back up the disbursement for that week, to which
she agreed.  A driver and vehicle had to be procured for September 24

         3.  Other principles:

               1. Matching principles:     the disbursement/expenses had to be matched versus revenues.  Thus if ever we disburse, we have to back up with bank depoists.
"Banggaan"  Tapatan.  Ang gastos ay tama lang sa pumasok na pera.      Balanced budget

               2.  Imprest system:  All receipts must be deposited intact, and all expenses must go by way of vouchers , checks or PCF (which we still do not have)

UNDER THIS, PARTIES ARE SURPRISED THAT THE CASH ASSISTANT PAYS FOR PERSONAL PARCELS OF SOMEONE

3  Joint venture and trust receipts law observance:

                  1.  All assets and moneys are joint property of JBA and Morong lands, in other companies, all sbus:
                      have JPA comptrollers
have joint accounts with the partners as signatories.   Thus we are not privileged to disburse the money received for the sales

2  Trust receipts law -   the Trustor is JBA and ML is the trusteee.  We collect the salles proceed for the JBA dn MLD, we have to protect the said money until
such is shared.  We have no sharing since Jan 2026.   Thus we have violated the basic rule of JPA - SHARING WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER END OF THE MONTH

Off hand we have serious violations of such PD 115, and we can be penalized under RPC 315 or estafa law for which the signatory can be held liable and jailed

                     Thus:

                    1  Ayusin cash management:

                       1.  Pagdedeposit,
                       2.  Custody
                       3.  Disbursement
                       4.  Jounralizing  (abstract)

                   THE CONSEQUENCES ARE SEVERE.

Internnally, crimes have been committed aside from ccd violations

Re: Higher unemployment in July, more Filipinos are out of job it is now 6.00%, the highest - WE SHOULD BE THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL FOR OUR JOBS NOW

Good morning SIr,

We, at Holy Gardens Oton noted the increase of unemployment in the country. We must be grateful and thankful that we have jobs. We should appreciate and be grateful for  the company we work with and for  whatever blessings we had received. We will work hard, being faithful and committed to our responsibilities for the success of  the company.

Thank you,

there would be penalties or delayed pay for non execution.   That means constant one on one talk and group meeting or mentioning this in am talk

2.  EXECUTION   -    THAT MEANS MONITORING AND FOLLOW UP AND CONSTANT TALK  AND THAT YOU EARNING THE RESPECT OF EVERYONE

This post is concerned that Ms. CAmille is not concerned about her backlog and likes to engage in other works that are not hers.

Other concerns

1.  This post sent pictures of HMMG  that shows its a mess   Who is assigned?  Is this embedded in someone elses WO

2.  How about frequent absences that are happening.?   We are supposed to be a stable organization thats why we hire people
What about the risk of having cash in your office?

3.   Having too much cash in the office undeposited.    WTDN

THANK YOU

Subject: MINUTES OF THE MEETING - Hannah Mae Feliciano

Discussion about the company’s Vision, Mission, and the areas that need improvement. The meeting also focused on the mistakes and problems that happened, what should be corrected, and how to prevent the same crisis from happening again.

Vision

The company’s Vision is to become a leader in the memorialization business and to provide meaningful and affordable memorial services.

The team was reminded that all employees should work toward the company’s goal of providing quality services while honoring lives and memories.

The Vision should serve as a guide in making decisions and improving the company’s services.

Mission

The company’s Mission is centered on “Honoring Lives, Honoring Memories.”

The company aims to provide meaningful and quality memorialization services and to remember loved ones in a special way and in a special place.

The Mission also focuses on:

  • Providing quality and meaningful memorial services.
  • Providing affordable services to clients.
  • Giving proper assistance to families during difficult times.
  • Creating job opportunities.
  • Continuously improving services for clients.

The team discussed that every employee should understand the Mission and apply it when dealing with clients and performing their daily responsibilities.

Company Beliefs and Values

The following values were discussed as guides for employees:

1. Customer Service

Clients should always be treated with respect, understanding, and professionalism. Since clients may be experiencing difficult times, employees should be patient and helpful when handling their concerns.

2. Excellence

Employees should always do their best and make sure that their work is done properly. Important tasks should be checked before they are finalized.

3. Learning

Employees should continuously learn from their experiences, especially from previous mistakes. Mistakes should be used as lessons to improve future performance.

4. Change

The company should be open to changes that can improve the work process and services. If a process is no longer effective, it should be reviewed and improved.

Improving Previous Mistakes

The team discussed the mistakes and problems that happened in the workplace. Some problems may have been caused by a lack of communication, coordination, and proper checking before tasks were finalized.

To improve this, everyone should be more careful with their work.

Important documents, schedules, requests, and client concerns should always be checked properly before being finalized.

If a mistake is noticed, it should be reported and corrected immediately. Problems should not be ignored or left until they become bigger.

Communication

One of the main areas that needs improvement is communication.

Instructions should be clear, and everyone involved should be updated. If there is something unclear, employees should ask questions instead of making assumptions.

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • Confirm instructions before taking action.
  • Give updates to the concerned people.
  • Ask questions when something is unclear.
  • Document important instructions and concerns.
  • Make sure that everyone involved receives the correct information.

Handling Client Concerns

The team also discussed the importance of properly handling client concerns.

When a client has a concern, it is important to understand the complete situation before giving an answer or solution.

The following should be done:

  • Listen carefully to the client’s concern.
  • Check all the necessary details.
  • Do not give information if you are not sure.
  • Coordinate with the right person or department.
  • Give the client updates regarding their concern.
  • Make sure that the concern is properly documented.

This will help avoid misunderstandings and maintain the client’s trust.

How to Prevent the Crisis from Happening Again

1. Report Problems Immediately

If someone notices a possible problem, it should be reported immediately to the concerned person or management.

Problems should not be ignored until they become bigger. It is easier to solve a problem while it is still manageable.

2. Proper Planning

Before making an important decision or taking action, the task should be planned properly.

The following should be clear:

  • What is the problem?
  • What should be done?
  • Who is responsible?
  • What possible problems may happen?
  • Who should be informed?

Proper planning can help avoid unexpected problems and crises.

3. Double Checking

Everyone should make it a habit to double-check important matters, such as:

  • Documents
  • Client information
  • Schedules
  • Requests
  • Job orders
  • Approvals
  • Important instructions

No important task should be finalized without proper checking.

4. Proper Documentation

Important concerns, instructions, and approvals should always be documented.

This is important because:

  • There will be a record to review when there is a concern.
  • It can help avoid misunderstandings.
  • Employees can track what has already been done and what is still pending.
  • It can help prevent the same mistakes from happening again.

5. Accountability

Everyone should be responsible for their assigned tasks.

When a mistake happens, it should be accepted and corrected immediately. The important thing is to learn from the mistake and make sure that it will not happen again.

The focus should not be on blaming others, but on understanding what caused the problem and finding a better way to prevent it in the future.

Areas that needs improvement

Based on the discussion, the following areas need to be improved:

  1. Communication – Everyone should communicate clearly and keep the concerned people updated.
  2. Coordination – Employees should coordinate with the concerned people before taking action.
  3. Customer Service – Clients should be treated with respect, patience, and understanding.
  4. Double Checking – Important tasks should always be checked before being finalized.
  5. Documentation – Important instructions, concerns, and approvals should be properly recorded.
  6. Immediate Action – Concerns should be addressed immediately before they become bigger problems.
  7. Accountability – Everyone should take responsibility for their assigned tasks.
  8. Continuous Learning – Everyone should learn from previous mistakes and use those experiences to improve their work.
  9. Change and Improvement – The team should be open to better processes and ways of working.
