Corrupt processes; computers and government and our anger over corruption

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement

What is the mening of corruption?
cor·rup·tion
/kəˈrəpSH(ə)n/

noun

  • 1.dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery:"the journalist who wants to expose corruption in high places"Similardishonestydishonest dealingsunscrupulousnessdeceitOppositehonesty
  • 2.the process by which something, typically a word or expression, is changed from its original use or meaning to one that is regarded as erroneous or debased:"a record of a word's corruption"'

We take the second meaning which means the understanding of process has changed.  The informal organization and its rules has taken over and the legal and the corect one forgotten.  Its the same thing for us  And so with computers:  they wont function because its program and or hardware has been corrupted.   And we do hate corrupt.   People revolt demonstrate burn effigies, deface buildings in protesting vs corrupt.  How about us if we behave in a corrupt way?

Are we not angry over our corrupt ways?

And the following are expressions indication that our organization has been corrupted, virus has taken over and the individuals psyche and memory is now the protocol.

"Iyan po ang turo sa akin noon"
"Wala namang nagtraining sa akin noon!"
"Iyan na dinatnan ko"  Ganyan na talaga yan
Yan ang turo sabi ni Mam.

(We cant run an organization based on emotions and/or whim of one individual.)

(We prohibit these words in the handbook because they are signs of corruption.)

We will fail as an organization because we cant move as a team.  We are not on the same
page and everybody, has his own interpretation of what is right (as 10 blind men who judged
what the elephant in the room was.

  How does corruption start:

   1   Lack or weak supervision;
    2.  Long tenure without companions or oversight review/audit
    3.  Tolerating palusot and excuses to prevail
    4.  Lack of clarity
    5.  Lack of discipline
    6.   Laxity, "puwede na iyan mentality"

That means the individual has not improved, and allowed hisi skills and job competence to erode and flow down to the gutter.

Maybe our superiors dont also know and has been corrupted too.  The heads lead the tails.

It is difficultl time for us to be humble and accept corrections on what we understand about the business.  Not improving may cause business to fail as it has in previous experience.

We have listed down job description and processes.  Let us review keypoints.    Let us review and comply.
