      Situation:

           3.   Interment  (however the price, features and bom have not
                 been submitted)?   How do we evaluate completeness
                 if standard features are unknown?
           4.  Text reports on plan for the day, attendance,?
                and end of the day   achievement.   (not done by most)

          Monthly

           1.  CDB  (per sbu)  ?
           2.  CRB  (monthly totals per sbu?
           3.  Profit and loss ?
           4.   Sales and collection report grand total?
           5.  Sales report ?

          Unanswered gmails, memorandum:  uncomplied:


         1.  PPt updated and corrected regarding job descirption and work
              order:   KPI and KRA

         2.  Ppt on understanding of new provisions of PPA and DOS

         3.  list of customers for  copf or issuance of co dos  (yong nagrereklamo

         4,  GT status report and plans for May and June.  

         By May 18, reprimand letters will be sent to those who did not submit the required outputs


2.  Sales perofmance as of May 13


      We discussed this with La Union and Panga

      1.  Marketing plan:   for examination and recommendation for approval
           by Tina and Anne:   TIna:    Calapan, Calamba  (+ Oton)
                                           Anne  -  Panga, and La Union
          as per guidelines that were promulgated

                 3.  Machiavellian method on certainty, authority, and leaving the
                      customer no option

   3.  Obstacles:

        1.   Lack of communications  -  memos are still not read understood
              or workshopped

        2.  Need for better leadership and management    We need to exercise
             more force for leadership and start punishing the offenders.  A lot of
             offenders still here   They go unpunished.

            Senior people disobey and promote chaos and a certain senior person
            go on leave when given assignment and have counteless absences
            in 2025;    A trainee in Calapan even echanged barbs for being 
            questioned in their 0 performance

            If she must stay stay humble and apologize for misconduct

       3  Lack of passion commitment and sense of gratitude.   One sided

WHAT TO DO NEXT


1. Ms Tina  will attend to:

     1. Action on marketing plan and report on sales as of May 13, but as is this
        problem, her leave took precedence over the task on hand

  2.  Ms. Tina and Anne will make sure the reports are done correctly and on time.    Advancement on job and salary will follow upon exact execution
