Process/policy

1.  All tools equipment that will be issued and that will be under the care of staff:   office or field shall be issued memorandum receipts which will indicate accountability and responsibility over the said property

I pledge and undertake:

1.  To keep the above equipment safe, clean, well maintained and functioning;

2.  To report loss, damage, malfunction and push for repairs and/or replacement

3.   To maintain a copy of this MR for eventual turn over to a replacement when resigning  or retiring

4.   That this party undertakes to pay without need of demand, on case of loss (current price) while property is under my care, or when the same can not be returned or shown upon such separation.

5.  Subject to search and issuance of gate pass for checking by Security Guards when such property are being moved from office to other locations

6.  All tools shall be completed and no borrowing from 3rd party:   diggers etc, maintenance contractors are allowed.  

  Ako ay nangangako at nanunumpa:

1.  No pananatilihin ko ang mga gamit sa aking panganalaga na malinis at gumagana /magagamit

2.  Ipaalam agad agad kung nawala naisra para makumpuni o ibili ng kapalit

3.  Pag ingatan ang kopya ng MR na ito kung magresign o magretire, o may bagong empleyeado at

     ituturn over (magpapalit ng puwesto)

4.  Babayaran ang buong halaga (market value) ng walang gamit sa pagkataong may resignation, retirement o turn over sa bagong papasok

5.  Ang nasabing gamit ay puwedeng salugsugin ng Security Guard o ninumang taga opisina, at lalo na kung ihihingi ng gate pass.

6  Palaging complete ang gamit para hindi manghiram sa mga ISG at mga nagggamas sa mga plots ng customers
