Re: Report on visit to Holy Gardens Pangasinan December 1 and2

Tall grass because 2 lang ang GT.

Tag ulan so mabilis tumaas ang damo. I have been telling this to people since February. Two people cannot maintain the site at san carlos. It is physically impossible to do that. We also need to stop giving feedback sa sbu na walang pera o san kukuha ng pera pambudget sa mga nirerequest na tao o gamit.

Community service for site maintenance does not, has not and will never work.

Mukha lang effective ang community service dahil sipag sipagan ang plot caretakers pag bumibisita ang taga head office.

Orientation

Arrived at 7:00.  Ms. Rosanna came late
Topics for the day were covered.    Supposed OJT for Aubrey in pm (today
I discovered that the checklist was not even known by the trainee

Stayed only only days 1 and 2.  The hotel cost P1,300 (net of SC discount) and had only P5,000 pocket money and with the food and expensive tricycle, it was running out fast

Decided  to do GMeet  for the rest of the on boarding

1  Tall grasses  the old excuse again of no gas.  Grofe could facilitate with
       PCF or revolving fund

   2.  Trashes all around  -  This post even picked up the trash for Sharifa and placed
         for the plenary to see

   3.  CR  -  clean more, repair the broken tiles, fix the flush toilets, and place deodorants -  ambupur, AC Johnson (plaisir

   4.  Vehicle TPM - did not read the post on TPM, improper or no logbooks

A LONGER STAY IS NEEDED FOR SHARIFA OR TO HELP HER WITH  A MORE EXPERIENCED OFFICER

In compliance with procedures in travel

A REPORT IS NEEDED FOR EVERY TRAVEL.  We must make sure the trips (which are expensive) PRODUCE RESULTS.  iT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT THIS IS NOT HAPPENING WITH OTHER TRAVELERS

Process: Park Operations - Restoring COBS at Various SBUs

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement

Restoring COBS at various SBUS

Restoring COBS at various Holy Gardens units/sbus

 To:      Holy Gardens La Union

           Holy Gardens Pangasinan

Through :    Madel, VM
                    Ms. MJC

Attention:   Restoration of COBS, of product quality at the sid SBU

""When it rains open an umbrella"

"We should be action oriented

The presence of the master fattens the  horse.

"The first and most important component of marketing strategy is PRODUCT

Objectives:

     1.  To restore the  two memorial parks as PARKS
     2.  To restore branding and product quality

Reality background

This was the result of 17 hour travel from 4 am to 9 pm yesterday, October 16

Observations (no wonder they do not send pictures nor videos)

These all reflect on the level of competence and diligence and passion of our top management group:   gm, gh, agm

   La Union:

    1.  The office was in disarray and with files scattered on top of desks chairs
    2.  The front path/road is littered with debris, and sand  (understood because
of typhoon Maring, floods and that LU is in state of calamity
    3.   The dug soil are ajust scattered on the ground as mounds resulting in ugly
appearance.  It was reported that there is a 3 day limit to bury the dead
hence the limit of 4 interments per day is breached:

    4.  There was foul in interments yesterday on alleged negligence of Ms. Masi
to order the interments earlier.    The ISG voucher numbering 42 has not
been paid.   Ms. Masi was nowhere to be found

    5.  The other reason advanced for the failure to remove the soil mound was
the lack of trailers.  However this post found out:

         1.  That one trailer was not in working condition because it lacked tires and
interior.    The request was made to Masi and  nothing happened.  She
did not do it, failed to do this or does not know to do this.

The two others were being used as garbage dump.

The patrol that came from Panga was ill maintained, windows open and interior dirty.  ALL REEKS OF NEGLIGENCE. LACK OF ATTENTION>

Ma Masi was not well monitored and should have been fired early

   PANGASINAN

       1.  The grasses in front were tall, there was lot of litter
       2.  The grasses inside were tall, there was lot of trash
       3.  The lowering device was not cleaned nor polishe
9THE PICTURES OF THE ABOVE WERE SENT and posted at whats app
      4.    Mr. John Lloyd hinted that the problem is in the payment of the ISG
I replied that how would I  know I dont have the records,  In the old system
ISG should be paid promptly from the IF
      5.  LIkewise there were mounds of earth/soil about 30 of them because of the
deluge of interments due to DOH ORDER TO HAVE INTERMENTS
             WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DEATH

Suggested actions:

     Short temr:

    La Union:

       1. Make the trailer available for use;in disposal of soil mounds
       2.  Have funds made avaialable for purchase of gasoline diesel
      3.   Pay the ISG asap  70% and 30% balance upon soil removal
      4.  Send the IF fee ASAP to buy gasoline itc to operate brush cutter (one
month nang walang gas ang brush cutter
5,  Emergency hiring of GT :
             1.  To assist in grass cutting
     6.  Hiring of someone with management experience to restore order at La Union

       Pangasinan

       1.  Pay the ISG again (how could this happen he tightly monitored nina Mam
            ARS ERS
       2.  Separate crews hiring (asap)

            1. GT
            2.  FS
            3.  Cremation
       3.  Pay the ISG 70%  and 30% upon soild removal

      4.  Speed up TLC repair

For all;   blessing in disguise ang delay ni JL for the submission of figures.  To be paid only 60% iniitally and 40% upon soil removal

LONG TERM
1. Budgeting.  Weekly submission of budget like which should include payment of backlogs.  How come we  allowed Masi not to pay the ISG and replenish the RF
no gasoline eing paid or requsted

2.  Strict submission of weekly reports:   bests, kaizen at  the designated  sites
Strict follow up by GA and reports, CCD for those who fail

3.  Purchase of the required equipment:
     1.  Tractor and other hauling equipment
     2.   Purchase additional trailer
     3.  Repair of vault hauler and trailer at HGLa union

4.  Reorganization:
     1.  Hire additional GT
     2.  Strict training and orientation
     3.  GM, AGM GH must manage
           GM, AGM GH must manage
           GM, AGM GH must manage
     4.  Let us hire good lieutenants  (the operations/supervisors
La Union, Malasiqui (marami nagtatanong sa Malasiqui construction and offIce.   MARAMING GOOD APPLICANTS HASTEN THE PACE  OF HIRING
it turns out that its only now that we are hiring.   People say yest at 3f and elsewhere but really there is a failure in compliance/obedience.

5.  REports:  Kaizen and video tour of all spots in the Park shall be strictly enforced
The CHECK PART OF PDCA does not happen?

LET US DO THIS....

LET US PAY ATTENTION TO ALL OF THESE

CAN WE G MEET ON THIS TOMORROW
