SEND ME SAMPLE OF REVISED WO

Your biggest concern are 

1.  COMMUNICATIONS -  how to make the people understand the new system of work order,  and to accomplish them

                                          there would be penalties or delayed pay for non execution.   That means constant one on one talk and group meeting or mentioning this in am talk

2.  EXECUTION   -    THAT MEANS MONITORING AND FOLLOW UP AND CONSTANT TALK  AND THAT YOU EARNING THE RESPECT OF EVERYONE

    This post is concerned that Ms. CAmille is not concerned about her backlog and likes to engage in other works that are not hers.

  

Other concerns

1.  This post sent pictures of HMMG  that shows its a mess   Who is assigned?  Is this embedded in someone elses WO

2.  How about frequent absences that are happening.?   We are supposed to be a stable organization thats why we hire people

     What about the risk of having cash in your office?   

3.   Having too much cash in the office undeposited.    WTDN
