MINUTES OF THE MEETING

I. PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The meeting was conducted to discuss important matters concerning workplace discipline, employee responsibilities, administrative procedures, communication, sales operations, and the proper handling of company and employee records.
II. MATTERS DISCUSSED
1. Understanding the Definition and Purpose of Business
Sir Jorge discussed the importance of understanding the basic definition and purpose of business, particularly in relation to providing quality service, meeting customer needs, and fulfilling the responsibilities of each employee within the organization.
2. Saturday Duty and Employee Responsibilities
The proper observance of assigned work schedules, including Saturday duty when required, was discussed. Employees were reminded to properly follow their assigned schedules and responsibilities.
The following values were emphasized:
* Obedience – following proper instructions, rules, and company policies.
* Diligence – performing assigned duties with care, consistency, and responsibility.
* Loyalty – demonstrating commitment to the organization and maintaining professionalism in the workplace.
3. Proper Handling of Emails, Text Messages, and Calls
The proper handling of work-related emails, text messages, and phone calls was discussed. Employees assigned to handle communications are expected to respond appropriately, professionally, and promptly.
The importance of proper attendance monitoring and maintaining clear records of relevant communications was also emphasized.
4. Proper Workplace Conduct and Communication
The importance of maintaining respectful and professional communication in the workplace was emphasized.
Employees were reminded to observe proper decorum when communicating with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel, particularly when responding to questions, instructions, and concerns.

We are also expected to coordinate with the concerned employees regarding any missing or incomplete documents and ensure that the 201 files are properly maintained and updated.

6. Workplace Cleanliness and Appearance
The importance of maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the workplace was discussed. All employees are expected to contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable work environment.
7. Sales Training and Administrative Policies
Employees were reminded to familiarize themselves with the company’s sales training materials, employee handbook, and administrative policies and procedures.
The importance of understanding and following these materials was emphasized to ensure that employees properly perform their duties and comply with established company standards.
8. Use of the 5 W’s in Reporting
Sir Jorge discussed the importance of using the 5 W’s when preparing reports, documenting incidents, and communicating important information:
* Who – Who was involved?
* What – What happened?
* When – When did it happen?
* Where – Where did it happen?
* Why – Why did it happen?
Employees were reminded that using these elements helps make reports clear, complete, factual, and organized.
9. Funeral Service Operations and Responsibilities
The proper procedures and responsibilities related to funeral services were also discussed. Employees were reminded of the importance of understanding their respective duties and properly assisting clients and families during funeral services.
10. Sales and Employee Development
Sales-related matters and the importance of continuous learning and development were discussed. Employees were encouraged to improve their knowledge, communication skills, customer service, and overall effectiveness in performing their assigned responsibilities.
III. GENERAL REMINDERS
Sir Jorge emphasized the importance of discipline, obedience, diligence, loyalty, professionalism, proper communication, and accountability in the workplace.
Employees were encouraged to continue gaining knowledge, improve their skills, follow company policies and procedures, and perform their respective duties with commitment and professionalism.
V. CLOSING
The meeting concluded with reminders from Sir Jorge regarding the importance of professionalism, responsibility, discipline, and continuous learning. The employees were encouraged to apply the matters discussed during the meeting in the performance of their daily duties.
