I. Attendance
The meeting started with a discussion regarding the importance of proper attendance monitoring. All employees are required to record their arrival and attendance accurately using the designated long book/logbook.
Employees were reminded to be punctual and responsible in reporting for duty. Proper attendance monitoring is important to maintain discipline, accountability, and accurate employee records.
II. Vision and Mission
The Vision and Mission of the company were discussed. All employees are expected to know, understand, and follow the company's Vision and Mission.
Employees were reminded that understanding the Vision and Mission will help guide them in performing their duties and achieving the goals of the organization.
III. Duties of Loyalty and Responsibility
The following employee duties and responsibilities were discussed:
1. Duty of Obedience
Employees must follow lawful and reasonable instructions, company rules, policies, and procedures given by the management and authorized supervisors.
2. Duty of Diligence
Employees are expected to perform their duties with care, effort, responsibility, efficiency, and professionalism.
3. Duty of Loyalty
Employees must remain loyal to the company and act in its best interest. They must protect the company's reputation, property, confidential information, and resources.
IV. Definition of Business
The definition of **Business** was also discussed:
A business is an entity whose primary purpose is to produce, distribute, or provide goods and services to customers in exchange for money, other goods, or services, typically with the goal of generating a profit for its owners.
Employees were reminded that every employee plays an important role in helping the business provide quality products and services and achieve its goals.
V. Attendance, Arrival, Goals, and Targets
The following work-related matters were discussed:
Proper monitoring of arrival and attendance
Setting clear daily goals and targets
Ensuring that assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.
Proper communication regarding work-related concerns, reports, and updates.
Employees may communicate important concerns or reports via text message or phone call when necessary.
Employees are expected to report and coordinate properly with the concerned supervisor or office.
VI. Submission of Employee Requirements
All employees are required to submit and complete their Employee Records and other necessary documents, including:
NBI Clearance
PPE / Physical Examination Result
Fit-to-Work Certificate
Other documents required by the company
Employees were reminded to submit all requirements on time to ensure that their employment records are complete and updated.
VII. Holy Garden Logbook and Admin Plan
Employees were instructed to regularly read and review the Holy Garden Logbook and Admin Plan to stay updated regarding announcements, instructions, schedules, and assigned responsibilities.
Proper documentation and recording in the logbook should always be maintained for monitoring and reference purposes.
VIII. Morning Orientation –
A short orientation should be conducted every morning using the 5Ws.
