       1.   Find COMMONALITY

       2.  COMPLIMENT THE PROSPECT   in sincere  genuine manner - his
            her looks, character, appearance,  achievement  (Some even look
            for likes in  their posts at FB

      3.  BE CURIOUS  -  ask research more about the prospect.   Deepen
           relationship
