TO : Upper middle management
SUBJECT: DEALING WITH BUSINESS PARTNER/SUPPLIER PROSPECT (specific the meeting on HT property) Protocol and respect in future negotiation
Date: JULY 11, 2026
Goal: 1. To elicit respect from other future proponents and and set proper guidance in future transactions
2. To be more focussed on assignments and objectives
Background:
1. We bring value to the negotiating table because we know this business for 4 decades. We are the ones who create wealth
2. In order to succeed we keep our word.
3. Agreements, keeping promises adds value to negotiations and transactions , as it does with paper (fiat money). Written agreements, and tacit approval
give value to paper money that has no gold backings (as is the history about doughnut stones as money in South Pacific)
4. We experienced a meeting called for by a proponent HT but this is what happened:
1. A representative came not Mr..T and this was not announced
2. The representative simply announced they are entertaining other buyers (which they have done before are doing0
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
1. Ask for clarity; 5W OF THE MEETING especially the WHO (will attend) and WHAT (is the agenda) Refuse to agree to a meeting if
these are not clear
2. Walk out of meeting cancel:
1. If the representative was sent instead of the principal.
2. The agenda was not pursued or the other party deviated.
3. Try to get the upper hand of the nego.
4. Come to the meeting prepared: research, get the data, get guidance from superiors, and d defineask for limits of authority...
THE HT TRANSACTION is done. FINISHED. We are unsure about:
1. Health hazard and safety issues of the 500 kva line (2x the Dolores line)
2. As to the possibility of the state exercising itsr ight to eminent domain (expropriation)
3. That it is being transacted with other parties, (as they did in October) and no further discussion is forthcoming. No 2 is very real and they too have anticipated this, as manifested by
1. asking for huge2 downpayment and
2 rapid full payment terms. They are in the process of getting rid of their risky asset to us....Soon
