On-the-Job Training Program for Newly Hired CMOs (Draft)
Target Training Date: July 30 – August 4, 2018
What:
This training program serves as a “follow through” or extension of our basic 6-day training for newly
hired employees. This training program is focused on the improvement of our new Chief Marketing
Officers in Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park and Holy Gardens Pangasinan Memorial Park.
Objectives:
- To make sure our new CMO’s understands our products and services and the effective way to
market them to our customers/clients.
- To understand the contents of CMO Admin Plan (Responsibilities, Tasks, Output)
- To identify opportunities & challenges of the branch to increase sales.
- To evaluate what they learned on the first 6-day training and how they applied it on the job.
Reality:
- CMOs unfamiliarity with the company’s processes and their job leads to many lapses and mistakes
which affects our sales and collection.
DAY 1: Familiarization with 3f Transactions
- The importance of keeping and submitting complete, accurate and up-to-date records and
documents for processing.
- Familiarization of their line of work & the role they play in the process of gaining sales.
- To know who to contact when problems arise in SBU
DAY 2: Planning & Execution
- Identifying objectives and how to achieve them.
- The relevance of choosing the right people for the right job.
- Imposing discipline among employees who work for you.
- Leading by example
DAY 3: Marketing, Operations & Problem Solving
- Mastering day-to-day work operations of the SBU
- Broad understanding of HGMP Products & Services and how to appeal them to our customers
- Employee motivation: providing rewards for outstanding employees
- Conducting sales meetings
- Customer Service: Inquiries & Complaints
- Common problems encountered by the SBU and its solutions
DAY 4, 5 & 6: On-site Training
- Application of what you learned from the training.

- New year, Valentine, Easter, Labor Day, Father’s day, Mother’s day, All Saints
Day, Fiestas and Christmas

+ 2% for Sales Agencies selling 100 or more per month
(those who did not join patsikot)
+3% of gross for sellers who did not join 4.1 and 4.2 but joined/opted for “patsikot”
