Objectives

      1. To accommodate more interments, more interments = more revenue

      2.  To arrest growth of digging fees which is now inching towards P3,000.00 for 7 ft

      3.  To prevent diggers from holding us hostage to diggers who will just abandon the 

            job (nambibitin)

      4.  Faster and more efficient digging time (1 to 1.5 hours max)

Background:

      1.  This was a project about 2-years old to mechanize operations after we visited the site of Orias at MMP

      2.  We initially canvassed SNY and Kato  Kato cost:   P3,000,000 which can not beat the lower cost of manual labor

      3.  Now comes a post by MTTC who baited us with P140,000 and P185,000 payment (actually downpayment for total cost)

      4.  We want to implement monumenting of plots  to avoid wrong interments, misaligned or clashing plots
