Process - marketing and operations - stop marketing when you have problems?

Providing outstanding amazing values through process clarity and improvement 

We had a staff before and feeling queenie who even rallied agents to stop selling because there are problems.   That was totally unacceptable to me and unnecessary stuff from a subordinate who was power playing malaka sa ibang mam.

If you are sick with PTB:  do you stop walking eating because you are sick;

If you are flying on a plane and it developed problems (except crash and dead engine) would you stop flying.?  And thats what the poor staff wanted to flex.  Fortunately she is no longer with us.  

We solve the problem and sell also.  We cant continue without revenue.

This reminds us of a story of two brothers walking along the meadows Suddenly, one of them heard the roar of the head of flood waters rushing down (from rains far away they have not seen.   So the elder said run.  The younger asked:  "Kuya, lets stop and pray"

Answer:    "Let us pray while running!"

Some operations like generation of revenue, coming from sales cant stop even if we have problems
